DOUBLE BEAM FOR PLUNGER CYLINDER FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to submerged equipment used in hot dip galvanizing, the function of which is to deflect in the vertical direction a metal strip such as a steel strip coming from an oven, after its immersion in the vessel of a molten metal such as molten zinc. Background of the invention A typical passage line in a hot-dipped galvanizing line is shown in FIG. 1. A submerged cylinder 1, referred to as a dipping cylinder, is used to deflect the web 11 from furnace 17 to the vertical passage to a cylinder 5, called the upper cylinder. Additional cylinders 2, 3 are usually used to improve the flatness of the band at the front of the gas smoothing nozzle 6. Figure 2 is a front view of the vessel material seen from the sheet plane to the inlet zone of the strip in the tank. The tank 4 contains the liquid metal used to coat the band. This tank generally has a volume of 24 to 35 m3 and is lined by ceramic bricks 7 which do not undergo corrosion by the liquid metal. According to the prior art, these submerged cylinders are supported by a metal frame 8, which is mostly made of stainless steel for the immersed parts. If the dipping cylinder 1 is still used, the additional cylinder 3 is sometimes not used and does not always exist on all equipment. The chassis 8 supporting all the cylinders must be fixed in the concrete near the ceramic brick assembly 7 to prevent damage to the tank 4 while having very high rigidity and strength to withstand the high band tension that can reach 10 tons. The length of the cylinder is always greater than the maximum width of the galvanized strip. Therefore, the length of the cylinder is usually greater than 2 m and the distance between the two points 9, 10 anchored in the concrete base is greater than 5 m. The entire chassis 8 is thus very large and difficult to handle and store in the maintenance workshop. Objects of the invention The present invention aims to avoid the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, the object of the invention is to propose a new system that allows the use of a main frame, to support the submerged cylinders in a tank containing a liquid metal, which is much smaller and much lighter than in the configuration of the prior art. An object of the invention is also to implement a support system that can be easily manipulated, adjusted or disassembled for maintenance purposes. Summary of the invention The present invention relates to an installation for the hot-dip coating of a metal strip with a liquid metal, comprising a tank containing a bath of liquid metal, a submerged dip cylinder for deflecting the strip entering the bath to an exit path vertical and at least one additional cylinder for controlling the flatness of the strip, the axes of said plunging and additional cylinders being supported by arms connected to a main metal frame itself connected to a base on each side of the tank by means of supports , characterized in that the metal frame is a double beam consisting of a removable beam connected to an intermediate beam itself anchored to the base by the supports. According to preferred embodiments, the installation according to the invention is furthermore limited by one of the following characteristics or an appropriate combination thereof: the intermediate beam is permanent; the intermediate beam is removable for particular maintenance purposes; - The intermediate beam is irremovable and tilting, rotating or translatable; - The removable beam performs a single part with the arms and cylinders; - The removable beam is connected to the intermediate beam by quick connectors; - quick connectors are bolts or pneumatic cylinders; the fast connectors are clamping means; the installation is provided with means for positioning the removable beam, said positioning means being capable of adjusting the position of the rolls with respect to the band in the tank; - the base is a concrete base. Brief description of the drawings Figure 1 is a schematic cross section of a typical galvanizing tank installation. Figure 2 is a schematic front view of the vessel material. It shows the solution of the prior art used to support the cylinders in the bath. Figure 3 is a typical perspective view of a support beam (metal frame) and additional plunging cylinders, according to the prior art. Figure 4 is a schematic representation of the new solution according to the present invention, wherein the main beam is much smaller but connected to an intermediate beam anchored to each side of the vessel. Figure 5 is a perspective view of the assembly according to the present invention in the case of two cylinder cylinders. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The invention consists of a new system which makes it possible to use a much smaller main frame 8A to support the submerged cylinders 1, 2 and / or 3 in a tank 4 containing a liquid similar to a liquid metal (Figure 5). Because of this arrangement, the size and weight of the device comprising the beam 8A, the arms 16 and the cylinders 1, 2, 3, respectively, are both much smaller. Figure 4 describes the design principle of the present invention. The moving part is 8A and is indeed similar to 8 in Figure 2, but much smaller. The arms and the cylinders are fixed on this movable beam. A new intermediate beam 13 is placed and fixed in the concrete at the respective supports 9 and 10. The beam 13 can be dismounted from the line, but only in case of necessity for particular maintenance problems. When the cylinders 1 and 3 need to be replaced, an operation that occurs every 1 to 6 weeks depending on the operation of the line, only the beam 8Δ with its arms and cylinders attached is removed. Particular devices are used to safely and quickly connect the movable beam 8A to the intermediate beam 13. These devices include bolts, pneumatic cylinders or similar devices. The intermediate beam 13 may be tilting, translatable or totally fixed depending on the overall technical solution selected. When tilting about an axis along its length or translatable, it serves to adjust the position of the cylinders in the tank. When the weight of the design of the prior art is compared to the weight of the design of the invention, a ratio of 3/1 is obtained. Regarding the total length, the ratio is in the range of 2/1. The new device is then much smaller and lighter. Industrial application The system is used on various hot dip galvanizing lines with a line speed of up to 180 m / min and a belt thickness of 0.4 to 4 mm and a width of up to 2 m. The configuration with 2 cylinder cylinders or 3 cylinder cylinders has been designed and tested. The results showed that the device was easy to implement, safe for operators and achieved the goal of lower weight. For example, when comparing the present invention (FIG. 5) with the conventional device (FIG. 2 and FIG. 3), it turns out that the total length is reduced from about 7 m to only 3.5 m. ratio of about 2. Claims (10) [1] 1. Installation for the hot dipping coating of a metal strip (11) with a liquid metal, comprising a tank (4) containing a bath of liquid metal, a dipping cylinder (1) immersed to deflect the band entering the bath to a vertical outlet path and at least one additional cylinder (2, 3) for controlling the flatness of the strip, the axes of said plunging and additional cylinders (1, 2, 3) being supported by the arms (16) connected to a main metal frame (8, 8A) itself connected to a base on each side of the tank by means of supports (9, 10), characterized in that the metal frame is a double beam made by a removable beam (8A ) connected to an intermediate beam (13) itself anchored to the base by the supports (9, 10).
